While we take every care to ensure a smooth and hassle free travel experience there may be occasions when services may be disrupted due to unforeseen circumstances. Al Tayer Travel Agency acts solely as an agent in arranging transportation, hotel accommodation and other services and does not assume liability for injury, damage, loss, accident or delay due to any act or default, loss of enjoyment or force majeure or acts of God, sickness, labour disputes, wars, mechanical breakdowns, government actions, weather or any other cause outside of Al Tayer Travel Agency's direct control. The right is reserved to decline accept or retain any member of any tour if circumstances so require.

All prices including flights and tours are subject to change without notice.The right is reserved to substitute hotels or tour components, change routing or cancel any tour or portion thereof should conditions necessitate.

Cancellation and Changes Clause

All tours, cruises and accommodation inclusive packages are subject to specific cancellation charges and we advise you to be fully aware of these and have adequate insurance to cover such eventualities. The tour operators reserve the right to cancel or change any tour or portion thereof if conditions so require. If a tour is cancelled before commencement of the tour all monies will be refunded to the client. Prices may vary due to currency fluctuations or due to increase or decrease in taxes and government fees.

We strongly advise adequate insurance cover be taken for duration of journey including adequate medical insurance.
