Cruise is subject to availability at the time of booking on a first come first serve basis

• Passengers bear full responsibility for ensuring they meet the health, passport, and visa prerequisites of their intended travel destination
• The passport must be valid for at least six months from the date of departure
• In compliance with the immigration regulations of the destination, it is incumbent upon passengers to ensure they possess a valid passport both prior to and throughout the duration of their travel. This also extends to any necessary visa requirements that must be acquired by the traveller before embarking on their journey to the destination for which the package is being booked
• Due to the several circumstances that remain out of our control and jurisdiction like adverse currency fluctuations, fuel surcharges, taxes, etc. The displayed price tag is subject to change without any prior notice
• 100% payment is required for the confirmation of the package
• Travelwings assumes no responsibility in the event that a passenger is unable to travel due to passport or visa-related issues
• The cancellation policy will be applicable as per the booking terms and conditions
• The promotion (if any) is valid subject to the availability of Cruise / Cabin

• Accommodation in chosen category for the duration of the cruise.
• Meals on board (Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner) (Tea, Coffee & water from Dispenser which is located in the buffet area) .
• Participation in activities of entertainment : games, contests, tournaments, themed evenings.
• Use of ship's equipment : swimming pools, sun beds, gym, hot tubs, library, disco, jogging track (where present).
• Luggage transport service in the port of beginning /end of the cruise the means of embarkation and disembarkation in ports where the ship will dock.

Exclusions

• Beverages, minibar, laundry, Spa, Saloon.
• Shore excursions, Visas, Airfare, Transports, Insurance.
• Access to Private Sun Deck. 
• Expenses of personal nature.
• Any customs fees for boarding material.
• All items not mentioned under inclusions.
