On arrival at Amman International Airport you will be met by our local representative and you will be transferred to the hotel in Dead Sea.

Enjoy the sunshine at the lowest point on earth. Spend the day floating and relaxing in Dead Sea.

The Dead Sea is a salt lake bordered by Jordan to the east and Israel and the West Bank to the west. It lies in the Jordan Rift Valley, and its main tributary is the Jordan River. Its surface and shores are 430.5 metres below sea level, Earth's lowest elevation on land.

After breakfast, head to Petra - The Red Rose City. Walk through the canyon and be astounded at the magnificent Treasury, the entrance guarding the ancient Nabatians city, now one of the Modern 7 Wonders of the World. Later, drive down to Wadi Rum, also known as the “valley of the moon.” Enjoy the wilderness adventure of a 4×4 jeep tour of Wadi Rum, following in the footsteps of Lawrence of Arabia, climbing sand dunes and rock bridges. Commonly called 'The Valley of the Moon', Wadi Rum is a protected southern Jordan valley featuring sand varying in color from light tan to brick red and narrow canyons that cut deep into the huge granite and sandstone mountains, many concealing ancient rock drawings etched by the deserts inhabitants over millennia.

Breakfast at the camp. Drive to Mt. Nebo, from where Moses viewed the Promised Land.

Drive to Madaba, where St George's Greek Orthodox Church houses a famous floor mosaic from the 6th century AD. The mosaic illustrates the pilgrimage from the surrounding areas to the Holy Land; you will be able to find Egypt on the map.

Our next visit is to Mount Nebo, is an elevated ridge of the Abarim in Jordan, approximately 710 metres above sea level. It is mentioned in the Hebrew Bible as the place where Moses (Musa) was granted a view of the Promised Land. The 4th-century church that Italian Franciscan priests excavated and restored in 1933. Return to Amman.

Amman, the capital of Jordan, is a modern city with numerous ancient ruins. Atop Jabal al-Qala’a hill, the historic Citadel includes the pillars of the Roman Temple of Hercules and the 8th-century Umayyad Palace complex, known for its grand dome. Built into a different downtown hillside, the Roman Theater is a 6,000-capacity, 2nd-century stone amphitheater offering occasional events.
