Ljubljana is Slovenia's capital and largest city. It's known for its university population and green spaces, including expansive Tivoli Park. The curving Ljubljanica River, lined in outdoor cafes, divides the city's old town from its commercial hub. Ljubljana has many museums, including the National Museum of Slovenia, displaying historic exhibitions, and the Museum of Modern Art, home to 20th-century Slovene paintings and sculptures.

Explore Ljubljana the capital city of Slovenia and a very nice small metropolis. It is green and nice to live. Its historical city center, the river Ljubljanica, the castle, the open market… are only the major attractions to explore. Get to know Ljubljana the capital city of Slovenia. Take a walk around the historical city centre, and explore all its major attractions. Continue with a visit to Ljubljana Castle and treat yourself to beautiful views of the city from the castle’s ramparts. Comfortable walking shoes and clothing are recommended, and you should bring your camera! The walking city tour starts from the square in front of Town Hall. The guide will present you all the major attraction of the city and its historical center. We will take even the funicular to reach the Ljubljana castle and enjoy its magnificent view.

Today Discover the Slovenian coast and the Karst region. The first stop is the visit of medieval Predjama Castle with dramatic setting in the gaping mouth of a cavern halfway up a hillside. The tour continues to Skocjan Caves one of the largest and most beautiful Karst caves in Europe where you will see river Reka 200m below the surface. After getting out of the amazing cave, you will get the optional opportunity to taste famous Karst air-dried prosciutto (not included) (we like to think it is the best prosciutto in the world) and wine Teran (not included) – produced only in Karst region. We continue to Lipica, the homeland of the white Lipizzaner (only during summer season) – famous horse of the Spanish riding school in Vienna. Pass coastal towns of Koper, Izola and Portoroz we reach everyone’s favourite town on the Slovenian coast – Piran where you can get lost in its medieval narrow streets and houses and enjoy a great seafood lunch or take a swim in the Adriatic Sea.

Postojna Cave and Predjama Castle
