On arrival at Seoul International Airport you will be met by our local representative and you will be transferred to the hotel.

Seoul, the capital of South Korea, is a huge metropolis where modern skyscrapers, high-tech subways and pop culture meet Buddhist temples, palaces and street markets. Notable attractions include futuristic Dongdaemun Design Plaza, a convention hall with curving architecture and a rooftop park; Gyeongbokgung Palace, which once had more than 7,000 rooms; and Jogyesa Temple, site of ancient locust and pine trees.

Today get ready to explore the wonderful city of Seoul. Enjoy all of the main highlights and discover all of the major attractions in Seoul. With this tour, you will firstly visit Jogyesa temple and it will show you the essence of Korean Buddhism. Then, you will visit Cheongwadae sarangchae which is a history center of Korea presidents newly opened to the public and will have photo stop at Blue house. You will see Changing of the Royal Guards before visiting the main palace of Joseon Dynasty-Gyeongbok Palace. This Royal residence of Gyeongbok Palace is the favourite attraction for tourists with its charming array of ponds and pavilion. After Lunch, You will also visit Changdeok Palace, a UNESCO World Heritage Site and you can see Korean traditional art and culture in Insadong. Then we continue via Amethyst or Ginseng Center before you will be dropped off at Namdaemun market, containing shopping mall complexes that sell a variety of goods. After finish this tour, you are transferred back to your accommodation in Seoul city centre.

Ancient Korea - Palace and Korean Folk Village  

Take this opportunity to visit the main palace of the Joseon Dynasty, Gyeongbokgung Palace and discover traditional Korean life in the Korean Folk Village. This tour will take you to the major attractions in Seoul. You will firstly pass by the Blue House where the Korean President resides, then you will visit the main palace of Joseon Dynasty - Gyeongbokgung Palace. This Royal residence is a favourite attraction for tourists with its charming array of ponds and pavilion. Also visit the National Folk Museum and learn to understand the ancient culture of rural Korea. A visit to Jogye temple will show you the essence of Korean Buddhism. After lunch, you have the opportunity to discover Korea traditional culture and customs at The Korean Folk Village which is located 41km south of Seoul and is a living museum of the customs and culture of the 19th century Joseon Dynasty. You will also have the opportunity to watch the traditional performances such as the Farmer dance called Nongak, tight-rope walking, martial arts on horseback and traditional wedding ceremony.

At 9:00 a.m.in your hotel lobby,please meet the driver guide to discuss any full day excursion tour itinerary towards Gyeonggi-do, such as visit Korean Folk Village Everland Theme Park Yangji or Jisan Resort Suwon Hwaseong Fortress Bukhansan National Park,Paju Premium Outlets,Heyri Art Village or other tourist attractions in the same direction.You can ask the driver guide to assist to buy any tourist attraction ticket.He or she will only offer you basic travel knowledge and be able to escort you into the attraction upon your request.If whole tour duration is over 10 hours,your tour will end before 18:00 at hotel at the latest.
